Very large room, large bathroom, beautiful surroundings with 5-star hotels, great Beach Bar at the seaside, close to Nessebar and 24h stores, apartment with big and clean rooms.

Nothing, everything was great.

Room was large and met all required needs. We liked the location, which was good. The hotel is not far from cacao beach.

We were surprised for facilities and construction,design and all goods that have inside of this hotel,and not for the last place the staff presence and instruction.

Have to increase the knowledge of English spoken for waiters.

This place is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and Nessebar, with the room meeting expectations.

Our party of 3p stayed 5 night in lux apa 1. floor. Very good space and outlay, big super corner terrace facing pool and main street. Walking distance (20-30 min) to old Nessebar, and same to Sandy Beach center. Several supermarkets close by, also excellent restaurant in hotel and close by, though in late september much was closing down for season. Very pleasant and forthcoming staff. Breakfast above average continental. All in all: Good value for money, absolutely recommendable

Some more kitchen equipment could do, for longer stays with a bit of self catering. Maybe a bit too close to main street traffic.

hotel is not huge, makes you feel at home; spacious room with very nice view, balcony and great beds, good facilities, good (buffet) breakfast, small secure parking to park my car, small and daily cleaned pool that i was glad using

probably the hotel does not have double beds, ours was a twin bed, though we asked for a double; location is indeed close to the beach (but it's more than 150m) and right between Nessebar and Sunny Beach center, you need to take the bus 2-3 stations in each direction

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and professional. the hotel had a great location, with lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It was only a short walk to the beach, which was beautiful and clean.

The breakfast was disappointing with limited options. the kitchen appliances were not functional, so we couldn't cook our own meals.

Very nice hotel building, the room was very nice also.

The staff from the restaurant was very rude. During breakfast, with 15 min before closing, the guy serving was looking at his watch everytime you were asking for something as they were out of food and didn't want to bring more.

Luxurious and exclusive amenities fulfilled my needs. the service was impeccable, and the staff was accommodating and attentive. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, complete with a sun terrace and sun loungers to enjoy the garden area. the room advantages were top-notch, with private facilities that exceeded my expectations.

While overall fantastic, there was a minor issue with limited Restaurant options. My personal experience at this hotel was exquisite, with a focus on luxurious and exclusive amenities.

It is not even a hotel, but a family guest house! They should notice it in Booked.net, they represent the location like 5 star! Too much money, very noisy because of the main street!

Located in a beautiful and convenient area, very close to the beach with soft sands. the rooms were neat and spacious with balconies that offer great views. the staff was friendly and always available to help. the hotel offered a great breakfast with a range of options to choose from.

Some guests complained about poor wifi signal at the first floor.

The staff and owners were friendly, helpfull and professional. The hotel structure an fittings were of high quality. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed, the food (breakfast) was of good quality abd adequate. The pool and terrace were excellent.

Personnel was very nice, I enjoyed my staying. Will come back again in the future.

Internet wi-fi was available, but we were on the 3rd floor and the signal was absent.
